Many of us must have heard the terminology for new restaurant chains "Fast Casual." Generally these restaurants offer smaller foot prints, less expensive finished materials, lower price points and offer limited to no service. Generally these equate to a feeling of lower quality. F2o has succeeded in raising the bar on the fast casual world and in doing so has carved out a new niche yet to be tapped. The new niche is "Fast Fine Casual," With constant new fast casual restaurants being born with new conveniences and products, customers have an ever increasing selection to choose from. What f2o has done is establish them as the premier fast "fine," casual restaurant organization. By having higher quality finishes, higher quality fresh foods, and increased services. Guests will be able to see, touch, hear, smell, and taste the differences. In the food guests will find fresh daily cut filet of beef, salmon, tuna steaks, large tender shrimp, calamari, slow roasted pork loins and only fresh chicken (never frozen). Soups, sauces, dressings made daily and all from scratch in our kitchens. Any of these great items can be placed on a salad, in a Panini or on an entrée plate. Guests can see the differences in rich hard wood floors, textured wall prints, and natural stones such as marble, granite and slate. Hear the action coming form the open kitchens only feet from the tables and seats. At f2o food is delivered to you and guests are instructed to leave everything on the tables after. There are no trash cans for guests to dispose of refuse, f2o employees take care of that. With finer finishes, food and service levels f2o has indeed defined a new niche that no other restaurant group is on par with for the price point. Fine casual is a niche long overdue for the restaurant industry and f2o indeed delivers.
